conloquium

Infest my reason, cloud my conscience.
Turn me against myself, cloak me with silence.
Feed my dark side, nurture it wickedly;
Make me your epitome of a silent seething prodigy.
Pour chilling whispers over my hope;
Tear away all kindness.
Give me your blood stained sword;
I'll kill everything in my blindness.
Suffocate my questions, take away all answers;
Leave me with hate: rage filled necromancer.

Snuff out the light inside.

What's wrong? Is it too bright for your eyes?
My inner light, it comes from beyond the skies.
From a place you could never be.
A place so pure it's hard to believe.
Yet it's true, and does exist;
It's the place where evil has been vanquished.
You were a fool to think you could win.
You lost the war before a battle could begin.
You came in thinking you could take me.
Little did you realise I was always with the one who made me.
So suffer your fate and gnash your teeth;
There's nothing you can do: you're underneath His feet.
